Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Brings more than 20 years of product development experience and has led international teams of over 1,600. With a background in visual effects for major films, he drives swyvl’s vision, innovation, and inclusive leadership strategy.
Katie Mitchell
Chief Experience Officer, Co-Founder
Shapes the creative direction of swyvl’s immersive learning experiences. With eight years in XR and global showcases including Tribeca XR Festival and the Smithsonian, she focuses on accessibility, conservation, and impactful immersive storytelling.
Drea Letamendi, PhD
Advisor, Co-Founder
Helped establish swyvl’s foundation with expertise in psychology, resilience, and inclusion. A TEDx speaker and Mental Health Leader at UCLA, she contributed insights from implementation science and organizational change to the platform’s mission and values.
Noemi Roestel
Product Team
Focuses on user experience design, ensuring accessibility and engagement through research and prototyping. Her contributions help create intuitive interactions that make swyvl’s immersive platform approachable for diverse users.

Operations Team
