We are swyvl Canada Inc. (“swyvl”).

  • Use our services, such as our XR platform or seminars

  • Contact us, join our events, or take part in marketing or sales activities

We collect:

  • Anonymous data, like engagement rates and completion rates, which cannot identify you

  • Technical data, like your IP address, device type, browser, and location (if you allow it)

  • For XR activities, we do not collect biometric data like eye-tracking unless you give permission
